About us
We started Cluie because delivery kept falling short.
Both of us spent our careers on the delivery side of technology. We kept seeing organisations let down by the way software was delivered to them, and we knew it could be done differently.
Why Cluie
Traditional delivery wasn't meeting what businesses needed.
Between us, we have spent decades delivering business applications, cloud and AI: as implementation partners, inside a global technology company, and advising the leaders who buy it. We kept seeing the same pattern.
Organisations knew which process was costing them too much. The usual path to fixing it was long discovery, large programs and a price set by the hour. Pilots stalled before production. Licences were bought and barely used. Plans that looked right on paper didn't survive real data, real users and real risk.
Organisations without engineers of their own felt it most. Big-program consulting was built for someone else, and there was nobody in-house with the time to build what they needed.
How we responded
So we built a different way to deliver.
Agentic engineering changed what a small, senior team can build. We built Cluie around it, and around four commitments.
Start with one defined problem.
Not a transformation program. One bounded piece of work, with success agreed before anything is built.
Show working software, not slides.
You see working iterations throughout delivery, in your own environment and with your own data.
Build inside what you already own.
We connect to the systems you intend to keep. No new SaaS subscription to justify.
Stay accountable as founders.
The two of us stay with the work, from the first conversation to the system in production.
